CRAFTEA® Shipping, Cancellation and Returns Policy
U.S. orders are generally processed within 1 business day of receipt. Orders received during holidays may have extended processing and shipping times.
Standard ground, second day, and overnight delivery is available through UPS, FedEx or USPS. A tracking number will be provided at time of order.
CRAFTEA® cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.reg
Order changes or cancellations may be submitted to customerservice@CRAFTEA.com within 24 hours of order placement.
CRAFTEA® is committed to providing you with the perfect shopping experience and exceptional customer service with each order. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at customerservice@CRAFTEA.com and inform us of your concern. We will take all reasonably necessary steps to rectify or remedy the issue.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your new and unused item, we will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and ship to address. Note that credit for the full purchase price may only be applied if machine has not been used. Allow 8-10 business days to process credit.
Your machine is limited to a one year warranty from date of purchase. CRAFTEA® will, at our option and to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the machine using either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the machine with one that is new or refurbished, or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price. This limited warranty applies to any repair, replacement part or replacement for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety days, whichever period is longer. This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the machine that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, alterations, repair, or commercial use.
